Shipping Times
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. Delays may occur due to restrictions related to the COVID health pandemic.
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email (be sure to check your spam and junk mail), please email the.divineselfcare@gmail.com for a shipping update.
Shipping times may be delayed during restocks, new releases, sales and special promotions.
Address Changes
The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct shipping address to process your order. When placing your order, be sure to enter your complete and correct address, including apartment, suite, and unit numbers. We do not recommend using PO box shipping address due to possible shipping restrictions. If you need to update your shipping address, email the.divineselfcare@gmail.com immediately. Address changes are not guaranteed. If your order is shipped prior to your address being updated, it is your (the customer’s) responsibility to contact the shipping carrier to update your shipping address and or reroute the order package.
Returned Order Packages
If your package is returned to Divine Self-Care Essentials for any reason, you will be issued a refund minus shipping costs.

Remove candle entirely from package. Store candle in safe location away from flammable materials, or cold water. Products are not edible.
WARNING: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Do not leave burning candles near any flammable materials. Refer to our candle safety page for additional guidance.
In no case shall Divine Self-Care Essentials, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, Service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
